Credit Investigation (CI) is a module of the LOS_IMS application that automates the credit investigation process in evaluating loan applications. The module aims to provide a paperless credit investigation system for LOS. It also aims to monitor the credit investigation process by tracking the status and turn-around time of CI requests and reports.
CI Web is a browser-based application that serves as an extension of the Credit Investigation (CI) module of LOS_IMS application. It handles all CI requests that are assigned to field CI officers, enabling the field CI officers to access the CI module of LOS_IMS remotely using the Internet (HTTP protocol).
This web-based application intends to increase the productivity of the field CI officers as it minimizes their actual reporting in the office. They can get their assigned workload and encode the resulting CI reports online.
